week 10.
"this week we explore the perils that can ambush us on our creative path. Because creativity is a spiritual issue, many of the perils are spiritual perils. In the essays, tasks, and excercises of this week, we search out the toxic patterns we cling to that block our creative flow" - Julia Cameron
key excercises.
I challenge you to do a creative project for yourself or your friends. It can be a photo session, painting, making clothes from scratch....
emotional reflections.
This week, let’s see. I’ve been posting soooooo many videos and photos. Scrap World has truly given me motivation for posting and creating new things. Though, I also want to talk about the creative process more in the next videos. I need to plan. This week’s chapter has been pretty interesting. Like, if you aren’t yet convinced this book is actually effective, you should by now. So, I learned about creative U-turns, about how enthusiasm is key for the creative process and not discipline. Oh, and a very cool exercise to face creative blocks, maybe I'll post some of this information on Insta.
This week I’ve been so focused on producing content, right after Scrap of course. MOTIVATION everywhere. The event has been a total kick of adrenaline into my soul.
Make a wishlist of things you want. It's fun and healing at the same time.
