Going through this 12-week journey has completely transformed how I approach my work. On a practical level, I have found a much better sense of organization for my content. My creative process has genuinely improved, bringing back a level of motivation I thought I had entirely lost. Because my mind is clearer, I am finally engaging meaningfully again—replying to comments, having real conversations in my messages, and exploring new collaborations without feeling overwhelmed.

It is undeniably scary to face your own creative block head-on, because it forces you to look at the habits that are hurting you. But it is something you simply must do to heal. I never would have believed that something as simple as daily journaling and intentionally spending more time alone with myself could have such a profound, lasting impact on my life and my art.
